It's not that Pakistan can't test a H-bomb. We've had the capability for years. It's not a challenge for us. The biggest challenge is the global political fallout that our leadership don't want to face. We badly need that I don't give a f**k attitude that the North Koreans have. Their leader is really humiliating and defacing Trump.

Yes pak does have a reason not to test at this point but it's none if the reasons you are quoting .... and it's not caz we don't have tech.... it's cold tested multiple times like our fission devices were cold tested 41 times in 80s and early 90s... and actually we had no tech need to explode in 1998... but were forced to do so in response to Indian testing ... this much is public knowledge ....

Can you provide a link to this doctrine that mandates low yield tactical nukes to the exception of all others?

Secondly, do you understand how tactical neutron bombs are made? If you do, then you already know that tactical nukes utilize fusion to unleash neutrons, instead of using them for a secondary fission reaction, which is what a hydrogen bomb does. Why do you think Pakistan doesn't have the capability? Accepting Pakistan's tactical nukes is equivalent to accepting our thermonuclear capability.

BTW neutron bomb is considered to be more advanced since it capitalises in increasing the number of neutrons to a higher level than in H-bomb.
