Pakistan has the capability and can test as it has the capability for producing ICBM. I'm totally in favour of testing both but it is not the right time. We need to get rid of the corrupt politicians and mafias, get the looted money back and get the CPEC operational asap. Let's not open another can of worms. Pakistan has advanced simulation capabilities and cold testing facilities. If Pakistan managed to keep the fog of uncertainty about its nukes till 1998, it is far more capable of managing that about its h-bomb due to advancements and validations of many of its designs. Pakistani scientist tested exactly what was required for the next step in 1998.

A lot of you guys are just using speculation that is all, Pakistan's doctrine in regards to Nukes is not high yield but low yield tactical ones.

Can you provide a link to this doctrine that mandates low yield tactical nukes to the exception of all others?

Secondly, do you understand how tactical neutron bombs are made? If you do, then you already know that tactical nukes utilize fusion to unleash neutrons, instead of using them for a secondary fission reaction, which is what a hydrogen bomb does. Why do you think Pakistan doesn't have the capability? Accepting Pakistan's tactical nukes is equivalent to accepting our thermonuclear capability.
