Breaking News: Su-30 MKI successfully fires Brahmos cruise missile (ALCM)

The JF-17 has already been able to fire the CM-400AKG for quite a while, and the F-16 as well as Mirage ROSE have also both been able to fire Raad cruise missiles for many years.

The CM-400AKG can travel at Mach 5, and Raad has a range of 550km.

They have tested before.

PAF have Ra'ad ALCM. also do we need super sonic speed when US, France, UK all use sub sonic ALCM?

I wonder why mighty "HAL Teja" is being used to fire brahmos
Brahmos need a Hardpoint which can qualify to take minimum 1500-2000 KG of payload ... Even Su 30 is modified to take such a heavy missile
LCA maximum per hard point capacity is around 1000 kg

As Air Commdore Khalid said that while the missile has been integrated to JF-17 and it is capable for firing the missile, Pakistan has not signed a contract to purchase the CM400.

Your information is outdated, the JF-17 carries the CM-400AKG. I literally just showed you an image of a JF-17 from the PAF carrying a CM-400AKG.
