They will say anything to make money. There is more to this then meets the eye. These are promiscuous young girls who are exploited by all races but they made an example of the Pakistani gangs, even though the White, black and Indian gangs are worse. These girls are embittered by the rejection they suffered and have been encouraged to complain by twisting their version of the events. They were active participants and representative of one fu*cked up society.

There is no justice in the British criminal justice system which are run by racist white old men who are totally detached from multicultural Britain.

Even worse is the rampant sexual abuse and perversion in the Churches, temples and Synagogues in the UK but hardly a mention of them.

What I find amusing is that the British gov wants the Pakistani kids to adapt British values and when they do they are sent to prison. Can't win either way.

By the way those British Muslims are not Pakistanis.

They are British subjects. Pakistanis culture is way more conservative than Britain is.

Look mate, I grew up with the English, being the only brown kid in the class, and was considered as one of them. I know them as one of them , I know how they think, what they like , the things they talk about, the things they do and how they behave. While I love my fellow Englishmen and women like any society of people they have their good points and bad points. Funny thing is I thought I do some teaching in high schools to payback society and do some good. So I did a teacher training course and I went to quite a few high schools to build my experience. And surprise surprise the kids reminded me of my school days, kids still good and bad as ever. I had some blue eyed blond haired girls hitting on me then and I had blue eyed blond haired little girls hitting on me again, embarrassing as it was then and even so recently. There were even a few cases of teenage pregnancies in some of the schools I taught in, sigh, with poor parental and societal guidance lead to poor choices and outcomes for those girls. But even with this guidance some kids are so hyped up with hormones they are beyond being able to make rational choices.

My earliest experience of English girls was when I was around 9 years old, living in Oxford, and this English girl neighbour (she was around 12 years old) used to take me into the garden shed (and no we did not have sex).

Problem is the high ups are corrupt (from the priests , doctors, parliamentarians etc) and their attitude of we can do what we want and get away with it filters down to society from victim to victim like a contagion. The Pakistani kids/guys are just a tip of the iceberg of what you guys call a free and liberal society. The Churchmen in the UK make them look like amateurs in the abuse league tables, and yes their is a premier league of abusers and the Pakistanis are way at the bottom.

I'll tell you what my Indian friends used to get up to at uni, next time.

If other people who know both the victim and the accused and corroborate/confirm that the accused was like that in his life at that time and certain entries in his diary or other written records by himself prove that was the character of the person then one can infer from all that info, besides this was not a case of penalizing him for attempted rape, rather a consideration for selecting him to the highest position in judicial system. people in that position should be beyond any such allegations.

the testimony of the victim has to be backed up by physical evidence.
you cannot convict someone solely on the basis of testimony

if the crime happened 35 years ago she should have gone to the cops

you can argue Kavanaugh needs to be above reproach.

you need physical evidence - you cannot accuse someone of murder unless there is a missing person or dead body or a weapon to go alone.

for rape you need physical evidence. or you need prove a pattern of behavior. otherwise no court in America will convict him
