"In any way" is not quite right but generally I agree with you that destabilizing Pakistan will create more headaches for the West and the US. While Governance has and continues to remain an issue the fence will hopefully stop the transmigration allowing isolation of nefarious elements and hopefully give more stability. However the Government wilp also have to sort out genuine grievances of the people. There is a lot still to be done in this field.I have presented my arguments many times before that it is simply not in US national interest to destabilize Pakistan in any way. The only worries that arise come from trends in the persistent and rising inability of its governance structures to deal with internal threats and issues.
