Plebiscite Conundrum

Plebiscite has only 2 options for Kashmiris

1) Join with India
2) Join with Pakistan

For plebiscite to happen in the state of Jammu and Kashmir the region gifetd by Pakistan to China must also be included. So If Pakistan can get back the land that they gifted to China then Plebiscite can take place.

For plebiscite to take place the whole state of J&K must be demilitarized and the troops must be brought back to pre-1948 lines.

I dont think either the Indian establishment or the Pakistani establishment will be stupid enough to give the opponent an opening.

And most importantly there is no option for a free Kashmir there in a plebiscite...

Its not an excuse..its facts that I gave you when you spoke about plebiscite...and Pakistani establishment will sign anything about freedom of Kashmir?...then they must be stupid. You need Kashmir for its strategic location and the access it offers to you to China and exploiting Chinese desperation to access the warm waters of the IOR and the Persian gulf and giving them full access to the Middle east. So stop ranting about "Kashmir freedom" its just business.

There are only two ways to give independence to Kashmir. Either Pakistan and India both jointly agree to a UN administered plebiscite or we fight each other.

It is India that does not agree to the plebiscite and hence we have to fight.

I will answer the 'topic' in one simple sentence:

Anyone who crosses LoC without a valid visa/necessary documents will be considered an infiltrator and hence will be shot on sight. Period.

They will never answer your 3rd point. Because they have no answer for the ethnic massacre that took place in valley at the hands of Muslim fundamentalists, all while they howl and cry for the terrorists that Indian army shoots dead in the valley.

There's no point of arguing. The simple reason why Kashmir stays ours is because of accession that was handed to us that Pakistan has no right to question. Had Pakistan been handed the accession papers instead of us, they'd be berating to the world how just and righteous the king is.

Also, Pakistan gave a part of *** i.e. Shaksam Valley to China in 1963 illegally which is integral part of India and thus broke its part of any bargain if at all made. Terrorism in Kashmir should be crushed with brute force and determination without any regard to what our neighbourhood thinks.

But what to do? GOI is spineless and weak and votebank seeking.

You were the first one to break all possibilities of any resolution. Besides, we don't recognize any "Kashmir issue" because it is sorely based on religious fanaticism and ethnic cleansing and therefore has no place in Indian consideration.
