I doubt any other state has more than 40% muslim in India. Besides, no other muslim majority states share a border with Pakistan.

What I think might happen is there may a lot more hue and cry about Khalistan for sometime. But thats a totally different topic.

@Shajida Khan Frankly, there is no other issue between Pakistan and India other than Kashmir. If that problem was resolved this whole false Hindu/Muslim thing going on would die it's natural death. No dioubt some with vested interests would continue to try and nurture the Hindus/Muslim hatred which is on most counts false and has no basis.

I mean if I am from Patna, Bihar and my great-grandad converted to become Muslim how am I differant from my Hindu neighbour? I mean did I sprout differant DNA in that time. Did I sprout differant culture in that time. Did I sprout differant language in that time. I would and remain a Bihari irrespective of being Muslim, Christian or Hindu and it is perverse to think differant.

A Sindhi Muslim and Sindhi Hindsu share more in common then with a Bihari Muslim. This is the galling fact that exists.

What's so special in Delhi and Agra? UP has more population than entire Pakistan - why add this burden? UP is not even half Muslim, and even if it was - they are quite racially different.

They still believe that they should inherit Delhi and Agra. No matter what the current population is. Every Pakistani who visits Delhi talks about “ how like Lahore it is”. Because all they see are the old buildings of the Mughals - they see neither the older Hindu town with Hindu kings that existed nor do they see the modern Indian city that is being built. Only jama masjid, red fort , tombs and Muslim rulers palaces and mosques - the parts that remind them of Lahore.

Once Delhi and Agra - move on to Hyderabad and Mysore. What they want is to complete the Islamization of the sub continent and regain what they think is their rightful place in South Asia.

If Pakistan had any real interest in Kashmiris as a people - Pakistani Kashmir would not be the state that it is in now.
