Forcing ? Buddy, if we really want to 'force', that collapse would happened a long time ago, like right around when your China changed from communism to capitalism ?

Large states like the Soviet Union and your China have the political clout and the military might to really force changes to their favors. But when the Soviet Union collapsed, it was because of its own internal flaws, all we did was contained those flaws so that their cumulative effects could work their magic. Your China wised up and changed of its own volition. Absent such leadership, small states like NKR and the former Soviet satellites either becomes petty charismatic dictatorships or like your China -- change with the time.

The real agent for changes in NKR is not the US and our allies but YOUR CHINA. Just like the Soviet Union, we just want to contain NKR's flaws to within its borders. China is the safety valve, the doctor, the savior of NKR. As long as China believes there is a need for a geopolitical buffer in NKR, China will always be viewed by the world as NKR's leash holder. If NKR collapse from its own flaws and lash out at others, the world will blame China, not US.
