That is an excellent Idea. I don't know if you were being sarcastic but we could think about a National service for all the uneducated young people at the age of 15 to go in a Five year National Service. Here we could do remedial EDUCATION so they can get a high school Equivalency ( GED ) , teach them a TRADE so that can earn a living after the service at age 20 and also teach them DISCIPLINE.

That would be a good way to improve the GDP of Pakistan and make these individuals more PRODUCTIVE.

The pop explosion could be due to the power outages in Pakistan! Some years back when there was a power outage in New York for 12 hours, there was a massive increase in the number of births after 9 months!! There isn't really anything else you can do in darkness!!


So's the case in Pakistan. Massive power cuts and no lights means more babies because there isn't really anything else you can do in darkness. Having a roll in the hay is the only entertainment available!! And that ladies gentlemen leads to a pop explosion!! QED!

Bottom line: Improve the power situation, pronto!!
