Ohh.. India is offering the lifeline to Pakistan, each and every day, that is water. Now, we are in the process of finalizing putting that thing on a short leash. It's not like we intend to choke that though.Hi- so tell me what india has to offer Pakistan? somehow you have a dellusion that we need you somehow to survive or progress- sorry we dont- you have nothing to offer- what we need that belong to us we will take it from you one way or another- and to not put it in John Keats words " you have only miles to go before you are put to sleep "
But, forget about that. Let's take water out of the equation. Answering your question, it is not like India wants to have a relation with Pakistan there. That's why, India is rolling out packages for it's other neighbouring countries, but not Pakistan.
Reason is again, simple enough, there is no positive return on investment. But, we can get our onions from Pakistan, just when we need it, at rates, less than wholesale market rates in Pakistan. So, it works out perfectly fine!
