As you wish. Sometimes people misquote GDP per capita with per capita income.I think,Government said 1602 dollar is current 'per capita income' which usually implies per capita gdp+ external remittance inflow- remittance outflow or other word per capita GNP.But whatever,I will stick to the IMF figure of 1525 USD per capita GDP for credible comparison and wider acceptance.
You need to dig in the number and breakdown to actually know what it meant. You are a late comer. There were zillion of threads already.
