Kangladesh, bheekmangadesh receives around $2 billion from US and other recipients more than Pakistan still had to do deal to send 1.5 million to Malaysia which was scrapped after which Sheikh Hasena went begging for more assistance.
Such a slave country Beggardesh is it had to scrap the Sonadia port development with China for a electricity project which also benefited india more than kangladesh, but they were arm-twisted into the deal.
REcently India is again arm-twisting beggar Shikh Haseena to do military deal in which Kangladesh will have to buy garbage indian equipment with a $150 million credit line rofl.

Pakistan by your standards is more sovereign as it has more infrastructure development without any outside pressure.
