So, under this situation, I hope the following proposition may help not only Bd but also other Muslim countries.

- Let every maternity hospital keep records and data of new mothers living nearby who are willing to donate their breast milk to other infants in times of necessity.

In this new era of mobile phone connectivity, it is certainly possible to make the two nearby parties connected when needed. Since it may be difficult to move a newborn baby to the donor's house if not quite nearby, nurses may be sent there to collect breast milk. There must be a dedicated task force in the hospitals to make it happen. A little difficult task, but what other methods can we think about?

This one is logical. Have data. Meet face to face. Help each other. Another proposition is let non Muslims decide about themselves to have a milk bank. Muslims should also choose for themselves. Obviously, the In theory, the milk is taken from only healthy woman. Human/female milk is way better then formula milk - the baby inherits a more resilient immune system.
Bangladesh has a problem with baby formula milk atm, the authorities have found heavy metals in the formula and other things that are harmful to human/babies, in the past/and not to long ago.

If you consider yourself as Muslim , you can not disobey direct order from Quran . So as long as Quran directly proclaimed that milk sisters/brothers are own brothers and sisters aka siblings ( first cousins are not) , and marrying them will be considered incest for a Muslim, case closed . In ancient Egypt marriage between siblings were legal. Now if any govt want to make it legal too, and arrange a poll, you can vote for it I have no objection.Because although children born of incest will be defective physically ( Indeed this scientific logic does not apply on children between milk brothers and sisters.), but if any adult people enjoy consensual incest and decided not to take any offspring then their is no harm for them physically ( screw the social harm theory, since it's terribly backdated idea according to anti religious people ) harm so you can vote for it scientifically in order to reject old and obsolete laws that was established even 2000 years before the famous 1400 years ( using this magical figure became a norm I see) , and their is also no perfect history ( is their any authentic history of prophet Moses who recieved covenant from God for Jewish people? As I said before Islam allows pork to be consumed in a life/death situation. I am also very sure alcohol is used in some medicines, and sometimes cannot be avoided. Medical alcohol is definitely used for sterilisation of equipment. Am not sure 100% sure but Islam will allow to consume an item if, otherwise not will lead to detoriation in health.

Here no one is speaking against milk mother. Our prophet ( pbuh) also drank milk from his nursing mother Halima.

But the problem of milk bank is, if you can't regulate it, you can't establish it in a Muslim society. So indeed babies can drink milk for any woman, but they must recognize them, so that in future they can avoid marriage with the children of the nursing mother / milk mother. Where is the complexity here I have yet to understand.

This post makes no sense. It's not about cow or its milk. It's simply the law of Islam. Children of milk mothers are like siblings, and marriage with them is invalid. Any sexual contact with them will be considered as incest.

For some babies it is literally life and death especially the premature ones. Also some mothers are unable to produce milk, or have trouble producing it, at first. So for the baby it is life and death.
