Bangladesh set to outpace Pakistan’s auto sector

This was inevitable. Pakistan has refused to reform and prepare itself and its people for the future.

Like in Egypt, the Pakistani military and feudal groups have major control of the economy, preventing it from growing.

In the next 5-10 years, countries like Bangladesh and Nigeria will significantly increase the gap between them and Pakistan in terms of economic productivity and prosperity.

This is the price for inaction.

I'm sure I mentioned "auto policy" and "localization" on this forum more times than all of the Gov't of Pak's meeting minutes since 1999. 100% guaranteed.

I'll be optimistic and say, if we could totally flip how Pakistan's governed, we can catch-up in no time. Obviously, the problem is our governing structure, and the idea of it changing is gargantuan, but to be positive, if we can climb that mountain, we'll win.

People should be honest about historical events. Yes, it happened that Pakistan did the nuclear tests after India did. But, how many days was the difference? So, do you want to claim that Pakistan built the reactors, and then researched and built the bombs within a period of only 15 days after the Indian detonation?

Is it possible to do so without working on this for many years? So, better you do not claim Pakistan did so because India did it. No one in the world would believe this.

India knew Pakistan was doing works on the bombs and it was the Indian detonations that forced Pakistan to come out from hiding it.

My confirmed suspicion is he's probably a Hindu (maybe an Indian too) and not fluent in Bangla - in other words a definite false flagger. I had asked him questions in Bengali and it took him two days or more to respond, with probable help from some other Bengali Indian.

A shame - as there are many patriotic Hindus in Bangladesh who love their country of birth without question.

Whatever the case, he is a malcontent schmuck, limited only to complaining about Bangladesh and Pakistan, and offers nothing constructive to this forum or its discussions. Lately he has become a butt of jokes in our sub-forum, being the malcontent he is and the non-sensical things he says. He needs psychiatric help.

I have him ignored, along with a lot of other psycho Indian Sanghis.

I know somebody like this in person. He always use to bark against Pakistan and Bangladesh and claim indian supremacy. Recently he admitted his only friends were Pakistanis. Probably becaue they offered him support and guidance when his wife left him.

Some of these people from India (especially cow-belt Sanghis) are borderline illogical psychos. Bengalis or South Indians usually don't have this problem.

Something abnormal in their food (lack of animal protein) or their selfish emotional environment that makes them behave this way (extremists like Hindutva folks from Cow Belt and Western Maratha/Gujarat areas). I don't see a parallel to any other sane groups.

i have only met one indian muslim gujarati, he was a good guy, he became pakistani after he married a muhajir gujarati pakistani. as for pakistani muhajir gujaratis, i have always found them to be religious and family oriented.

I grew up amongst indians both hindu and Muslim from Gujurat. Both disliked Pakistan however the muslims were more vocal.

By Cow belt Indians normally refer to the Northern states where Hindutva is very strong. This is partly because these are the most populous states of the country and partly because the region plays a central role in the religious landscape of Hindus.

This is the reason that there continues to be majority harassment, persecution and sometimes pogrom of non-Hindus which occur in these areas.

Same here, I have many Gujarati Muslim friends, a lot of their families are from either Surat or Ahmedabad. Large population of business folks in Bangladesh, situated in older part of Dhaka.
