BD need to go for high tech weapons. Reduce troops and spend more on latest weapons. By 2035 become strong enough to push back against India who will inevitably try to dump their muslim population in to BD after civil war break out. With hindutva insecure hindus anything is possible.

I would not reduce troops but I am definitely not in favour of increasing the size of army infantry until all three services are fully modernised.
Priorities in my view should be fighter jets, MRSAMs, LRSAMS, more guided artillery, SRBMs, attack and heavy lift helicopters, heavy frigates, modern submarines, infantry modernisation, network warfare, UAVs, mechanisation with standardised MRAPs/IFVs (thousands), etc.
