So how many of them will be there in our neighboring countries like India, Pakistan and Myanmar within that time.

India should add quite a few more to their 15 submarines by 2016. Should acquire 3 scorpene class by 2015 along with their first indigenously made 4 arihant nuclear subs. Not sure if they are getting any more.
Pakistan currently has 8 which includes 3 midget subs(only 110 tons) No idea about their procurement plans. Hang out a bit in their navy forum, you might find out.
Lets just say for now that, with the submarine, we can only get even more advanced than Myanmar navy And if we get ming class, then i'm not sure what to do with it except training.

If you see geography of that area, there are plenty of inlets to build sub base under forest cover. There couldn't be any better place.

10 Kilo SSK , 4 Type 209 SSK and 1 leased akula class SSN.
We are constructing 6 scorpene SSK which will enter service from 2015 and RFP for another 6 SSKs have been floated.Also about 4 Arihant class SSBN are in construction.

Pakistan has 8 subs in active service.
3 Agosta90B SSK , 2 Agosta70 SSK and 3 Cosmos class midget subs.
They are constructing a nuke submarine and is in talks with china for procuring some SSKs.

Myanmar has no subs in active service.
