That cartoon perfectly demonstrates the nature of fundamentalists in Bangladesh or perhaps anywhere in the world.

U r a confused chap. Condemning the heinous crime of Islamic fundamentalists doesn't necessarily equates to denouncing all the practicing Muslims in Bangladesh, u better get that thing through ur head. U sound like that individual who sees everything through the lense of religion and always ready to feel insulted.

Secondly, who r u referring here by "they". Who r these "they" and what r u suggesting them to make. Its extremely hilarious to see the way u got triggered by that simple cartoon which was quite self explanatory.

This is the polarisation of BD I am talking about.....societies do not have cohesion if too much of it happens....past whichever you feel are morally more correct etc.

It can also fester and expand in stealth if there is too much (enforced) political "stability"...because one side will simply feel it is not getting any outlet/turn to do things more its way for the previous existing equilibrium there....like a supercritical boiler in operation (water doesnt get to boil, but is held by pressure force at higher than normal boiling temp...so it hides its nasty high temperature at cursory glance).

Nope don't understand/read Bengali (quite unfortunately since its very beautiful language to me)....these dirty tactics are used everywhere (known anti-islam baiter Tarik Fateh also said that van attack was probably muslim in his twitter too before all facts were in, even with Armenian last name etc, coz there are Iranian and Lebanese Armenians etc)....maybe its higher intensity in BD case given there is not much environment of political dialogue and the increasing polarisation inside BD society. I know in India case there is much fake social media accounts going on just for sake of throwing dirt/create division etc where previous there is little to none....showing A or B as complete evil by extrapolation of whatever incident on ground (real or not). In fact something can be shown to be fake later, but by then damage is already done (and no one really pays attention to it).

What I am saying I guess is that whoever is bigger in number establishes the narration somewhat in the society...and in this age of social media there is much scope for (perceived rising or mischief) underdog tricks....just the identities of who is topdog and underdog changes from country to country....but phenomenon is quite consistent.
