Mukti Bahini was formed in 4th april, 1971. At this point 100% of them were PA Bengali troops deserted right after 25th march.

Civilians turned Mukti only came into action in late July,1971 after 2-3 months training in India.

The Razakars albadar al shams militia and peace committee were formed around June-July.

The Punjabi-baluchi regiments came to Dhaka right before 25th march.

India-Bangladesh allied force was formed in 21st November. India waited for the monsoon to end.

India conducted limited commando raids in East Pakistan's border area using Tibetans before that.

Funny you said that. Maybe IT IS better for you guys that we are not part of Pakistan anymore. Half of our population is adibasis and dalits. So they are both racially and intellectually inferior. You don't want them to be 25% of Pakistan's population now, do you? After all Pashtuns and Punjabis are known as the warrior ethnicities of South Asia.
