If they were going to buy block 3 why would they consider negotiating for aesa bolck 3 has klj7a already which is very good. But I cannot say anything because it is not done but being negotiated and can go in any direction either block 2 or 3

Because block 2 did not had aesa earlier. Plus block 2 got bvr recently which was also one of their requirements and few more things which Cannot be shared.

why they buy bllk-2 instead of blk-3 which have latest AESA KLJ-7A instead of LFK, more composite materials, IRST etc etc ,don't spread you false assumptions/rumors here @BHarwana

If they are getting jf17 with AESA it mean they are going for Block IIII. Because AESA requires a more powerful thrust-weight ratio engine to compensate for the higher power consumption by the radar.
The RD-93 or the WS-13 do not offer that.

The nose would also require a redesign to house the larger ASEA radar which inturn requires larger wings.

This begs a question... Why would Azerbaijan order a plane that does not exists yet?

It is most probably Block II with a unique set of avionics.

When did block 2 got AESA and that too from Italy?

European Avionics suppliers were under evaluation.
Perhaps some customer is asking for NATO standardized jF-17.
