These reports are saying Azerbaijan took these positions in a so called neutral area. Of course located on Azerbaijan's side of the border. Were there ever any agreements these areas were to be "neutral" or just an assumption from the Armenian side?

in every part of border there are neutral areas because both forces shoot each other if they see there is a target or a new soldier smoking cigarette.. thats why they kinda try to keep distance from each other... Azerbaijan capturing these areas means that Armenia will move backwards more..

second, Israel sold Azerbaijan armored vehicles, small and some medium class UAVs and some rocket systems which Turkey produce all of them with cheaper prices and as qualitative as they are...

Azerbaijani and Armenian war wouldnt take long if we both left alone.. Armenia has 5 times less population, i think for a smart person it tell a lot..
Also, patriotisim in Azerbaijan is way way too much.. anybody in Azerbaijan ready to die but get the land back, not the same in Armenia.. They all fly out to foreign countries afraid of war..
