Use own bank's ATM network.

Mine is working in ISB.

Which bank's card do you use?

Also keep a card that uses MNET (as a back up) and transfer funds via IBFT to your other bank's card.


If it is really an attack then PTCL could be at fault as they are the primary provider of VPN to bank's branches. However, most branches have 1-2 additional backups as well.

It's normal system can go down due to upgrade I received SMS notifications from my 4 banks about the downlink.

It's not possible. And DDoS attack cannot easily target ATM's. Check with your bank and ask them if they have a server going down or upgrade going on.

DDOS to ATM network is difficult without actually being connected to the network. They are pretty much isolated.
So it's just the ATM/Card that is at fault.

i was having same problem in online banking ( Meezan Bank ) since morning

i use stan char . my card is working with no other bank , but stan chartered . same with other people

bank has confirmed 1 -link is down for now 12 hrs .
