Edep and Haya are not Turkish words.You can't write them in Turkish.You should use Arabic alphabet to write them.But when you use Arabic alphabet,you disorder other words just to pronounca this words.
Your beloved alphabet struck our education system for hundred years.When you common education starten in 19,century (simply from 1801 for you) Ottoman saw the problems with this alphabet.
There are number of Turkish scripts written by Sultans(princess) with latin alphabet in 18.-19.century that you can see the difference.
I suggest you to read some pages from Divan-ı Lugat-ı Türk.That will make sense.
You beloved Arabic-Turkish was only used in High court and Istanbul.What Atatürk did was to make Anatolian "real" Turkish to be in common use with some changes.
Ateş-Su-Tahta,fire,water and wood is common in all Turkic languages but in your beloved Ottoman.
This language influenced Pakistan language too and thats why we have common words other than Arabic words and now you believe that Ottoman is superiour than Turkish.Thats pity.
