There was no Russia,Britain,France or insurgency in the ME in 1911.The Balkan War started afterwards with Bulg+Serbia+Greece also emerging victorious over the Ottomans.You seriously need to brush up on history instead of ranting on the internet.

There were about 150.000 victims as result of French action.Many others were killed by rebels,over 10.000 European settlers murdered in cold blood with terrorist attacks,etc.
