Rome...the city was your ultimate goal. The eternal city. The center of humanity as we know it. You never made it to rome. And your wish to win it proved to be your downfall. All thos invasion attempts towards italy failed and in the end proved fatal as it first caused your country to stall and then collapse.

That said. Your ancestor isn´t Attila. You do realize that we romans / italians originally come from anatolia. Do you know history and realize the foundation of Roma? Where Romulus & Remus came from? Troy rings a bell?

Also i wonder home came your sultan didn´t look at their own ancestors but at the roman emperors like Marcus Aurelius or Augustus as the ultimate leaders?
