Wow I was under the impression that Pakistanis want Kashmir to be annexed with Pakistan... rather a free independent country called Kashmir!

After you are done butchering the English language, could you explain how does a state become an "Intentional country" ?

Does it have to be recognized as an "International country" by any world body, say UN or for that matter any other country in the world.

Does it need be in charge of its own defense, trade, foreign relations?

Does it need to have its own constitution and an elected govt, which follows the said constitution?

Or just an opinion of some random washed out reporter coining weird terms on their keyboard, enough make a state an independent country?

I blieve the Indians are panicked due to development in Afghanistan since US also hinted at no troops after 2014 and thus Indian establishment is leting the frustration signals out through such propaganda based on fear.

2014 and onward will be a hectic period for Pakistan since bringing all groups on a table viz a viz afghanistan is not an easy task neither will be 100% free of trouble therefore we dont see anything will be changed wrgt to Kashmir

Why don't you take baby steps first. Try getting all groups in Pesawar on a table. Or under it.

Then blow it up.
