دوستو!

آج اڈیالہ جیل میں عجب اور غضب مناظر دیکھنے
کو ملے۔
آج سے پہلے کبھی دیکھے اور نا سنے
شاید آج کے مناظر کلبھوشن یادیو جو بھارتی را کے ایجنٹ تھے کے ساتھ بھی نا گزرے ہوں گے۔

جج ابوالالحسنات کی عدالت اک چھوٹے سے کمرے میں لگائ گئ۔
ملزم کے لئے دوطرفہ الگ سے کٹہرا تیارکیا گیا تھا۔
جیسے ہی عمران خان صاحب کو عدالت میں
لایا گیا تو سیدھا کٹہرے میں کھڑا کر دیا
بے حسی اور بےشرمی کی بات یہ ہے کہ
کٹہرے کے چاروں طرف لوہے کی جالی لگی ہوئ تھی
اس جالی میں خان صاحب کو کھڑا کیا گیا
تمام سوال و جواب اسی کٹہرے میںہوئے۔
شاہ مھمودقریشی کے ساتھ بھی یہی کچھ دہرایا
گیا۔
جب شاہ صاحب نے خان صاحب سے مصافہ کرنے کی
اجازت چاہی تو جج اور سیکورٹی نے اس جالی سے
نکالنے سے انکار کردیا۔
بالاآخر اس لوہے کی جالی جس میں سے ہاتھ
کی ایک انگلی اندر جانا بھی محال ہے
شاہ صاحب نے جالی کے اوپر ہاتھ رکھ کر خان صاھب سے سلام کیا۔
اسی دوران جج صاحب نے عمران خان سے
جیل میں دی گئ سہولیات بارے پوچھا
جس پر خان صاحب نے ناچاہتے ہوئےبھی
بس اتنا کہا
اگر عدالت میں ان جالیوں کے پیچھے رکھا جارہا
ہے تو جیل میں کیا حالات ہونگے
لیکن مجھے اس سے کوئ فرق نہیں پڑتا
جہاں بھی اور جیسے بھی رکھیں مجھے کوئ شکایت نہیں۔
یہ لوگ اپنا پورا زور لگا لیں۔

یہ سب سن کر مخالف وکیل بھی ہکا بکا راہ
گئے کہ یہ کیسا شخص ہے جس پر
اس قدر سختی ہورہی ہے
اور یہ شکایت کرنے کو بھی تیار نہیں۔

ایک اور بات نے بہت تکلیف دی وہ یہ
کہ عمران خان کو عدالت کے اندر بھی ہتھکڑی لگائ ہوئ تھی۔
جو دوران سماعت بھی لگی رہی۔
جج کو شرم آئ اور نا ہی افسران اعلئ کو۔

سماعت کے بعد خان صاحب نے اپنے وکلا
کو کہا باہر جاکر بتائو میری کسی سے ڈیل
ہورہی ہے اور نا ہی ہوگی۔
میں اپنےنظریہ پر قائم ہوں۔
