Am i the only one who never watched a Star Wars ?

The last Star wars "the force awakens" according to some sources obliterated the box offices the day of its launch,i see a lot of enthusiastic persons,that could even kill someone just to get a ticket to see it and then i ask myself if i am the only one who never saw one ?

I also have never seen a star war movie. And frankly there is no need for it anyway. It was something new and trailblazing when it first came. But that was its time. Not today. The artistic themes from the movie where adopted and improved upon in film and tv and anime and cartoon and video games in the next 40 years. We have already seen what star wars was about. Only that it started it all.

I have never watched Star Wars movie except for a 2 minute cartoon scene where a guy with a bony hand ( SYTH ) fights with a Guy with a Skeleton Head

Star Wars triology of the lates 70's and 80's was a classic. best one being The Empire Strikes Back.

the prequel trilogy was not as good, but it was better nothing. I remember the promotion and hype for The Phantom Menace and being a young kid I thought it was alright.

now I just really don't care. from what I have read the new movie is just pretty much a re-hash of the original trilogy with a young cast.


you should check out the original trilogy though.

Neither did I. I find the posters and the look of the characters in Star wars very kiddish.. doesnt excite me to watch it. Infact I didnt watch ET until recently but the cover of ET had some elements which made me watch that movie and I liked it.

Never seen star wars. I am a space nerd and watched all the recent movies on space. Gravity, interstellar, The Martian but just couldnt bring myself to watch Star Wars

check out this opening. keep in mind this was released in '77

pretty amazing for the time and even still today
