What's new

All four saab2000 are recovered .case closed

This should not stop here.... the real challenge is use the experience and kick start the own aviation industry.... for military use initially but than also coming into civilian and passenger planes
i am glad at least they did the job ad you guys want them to keep this hard job always . not a nice way to thank them :disagree:

I told u guys..

Plane was hit by rpg n bullets.

that i know bro, what i want to know is there was no damage to radar, radome, engine, electronic hardware? We didnt re-installed any thing from saab? Attack purly damage the plane and we restored all the planes and they are performing same as before?

Also how much money they spend to recover the aircrafts?

.
Air chief flyed first sortie after repair . Thanks paf for making us proud

Thanks for sharing the interview. But all the indications are that 3 AEW&C are flying.
  1. One was seen flying soon after the attack.
  2. Two were repaired as per the interview and other interviews in the past. Also images of only two of the remaining three have surfaced so far.
  3. Some of the systems may have been recovered from 4th aircraft. In which case the recently received J062 or J019 Saab 2000 airframe may be converted to AEW&C using recovered systems.
Anyways good job. I also think air force may be helping navy recover one of the destroyed P3C. :pakistan:

Great find!

This means a lot! Ability to repair something damaged worthy of scrap is absolutely huge deal. The avenue for being able to repair other aircraft is now open. If PAF can repair these then they can repair civilian air liners one day maybe, this can open a repair shop others can use!

RAW is already trying to fiddle with the video.
Its being corrupted as we speak, looks like they have learned no lesson about Pakistani nation.

Not we! you led the bashing crusade making derogatory comments on your own air force.
To be honest it was very unfortunate to see how those precious planes were destroyed and how more security/safety measures could have protected them. Its great to see them restored back but still it needed extra resources which could have been spent somewhere else if they had put them in shelters in first place.

. .
Case is not closed any one shed some light the people on security found for negligence in this process what happened to them
