Alcohol in Pakistan: The prohibition and after

In subcontinent if govt tries to ban something people buy it even more.

Its about mentality. However the decision to not sell alcohol to minors is very good.
jaani kabhi dilli ana tumhe taiko pe le ke challoonga jahan daru khareedne ke liye middle age bando se jyada kachi umr ke larke jyada nazar aayenge and come to me to any pub in delhi , gurgaon, fridabad or ghaziabad-noida come in happy hour time you will be sirprised to see many school kids having drinks there most of them from upper middle class with majority being girls (15-19)

You are not a Pakistani. Our internal matter is non of your business actually, but I can understand your obsession with Pakistan.

Ameen to that.
there is no internal matter on pdf. you have been a member here long enough to understand.
I have commented on internal matters of USA and china russia and israel too, just that too many pakistan related posts, I am not targetting pakistan.. lolz at obsession.

But non-Muslims can buy and do business of Alcoholic products in Pakistan. Then why Indians are whining about Secularity?

.
We need a malt march in pakistan.
All alcohol drinkers, unite, and lets fight for our rights led by @Imran Khan :feminist:

This is not a "comment", but rather wishful thinking to interfere in our internal matter.

You said "we", what we? You are not a Pakistani to begin with. You need a reality check.

In karachi after almost every kilometer there is an alcohal shop .. what ban , people like to drink. Pakistan should legalize alcohal consumption and bars , living in denial wont help. May help decrease usage of herione and other class A drugs

These non Muslims need to get banned from alcohol too. This is not a religious matter, but it is a social one. our government made this law a half assed one. Even from Islamic point of view, our government failed to see the wisdom behind it.

There are Indian states like Gujrat who have banned alcohol. All it promotes is liquor mafia and goons who join politics later.
Also gujrat loses billions in tax revenue. All because MK Gandhi wanted prohibition, so its a taboo subject there.
When people take emotional rather than rational decision, you end up with suffering, no matter how well meaning you might be.

And the crime rate of Karachi is for all to see. The city is out of control, and our military has to take action in the internal security of the country because of the disaster known as Karachi. People are fleeing Karachi, and migrating to other cities of Pakistan. You want us all to follow the same disaster model of Karachi? No thanks. If anything this is another reason why alcohol should be banned, or your cities might become a disaster like Karachi.

As I said before, this is what happen when you do not punish deviant people for crimes like alcohol and or chars, etc, people gradually graduate to more serve crimes, like murder, armed robbers, which Karachi has become a symbol of.

So there are more alcohol shops than pan shops in Karachi? I've been spent about 3 years in Karachi so far, and I've yet to come across one. Though I've heard about them plenty.

Agreed. I know people who are involved in dealings of Alcoholic products, they get the licence on the name of Some Hindu or a Christian and then take the profit.

I don't drink, but I have to point out - correlation does not equal causation. Alcohol is very low in the list of things that destroy Karachi. Karachi would be just as fucked up without alcohol. And there are plenty of safe cities around the world where alcohol is readily available.

Karachi's crime rate has nothing to do with alcohol and more to do with religious extremist in sheep's skin you seem confused sir , according to your opinion alcohalics should be executed first when asked the logic why you havent responded.
