I have been listening to news from Bangladesh with this phrase. Is Bangladesh now restricting all international news organizations? Or is it just persecuting Al Jazeera, because it provides a Muslim point of view and not pro-India and pro-Awami League enough?

Can anyone please provide more information.

Al Jazeera's correspondent, whom we are not naming due to reporting restrictions, said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who visited the site and met survivors, has promised to severely punish those responsible for the tragedy.

On Tuesday, clashes between thousands of garment workers and police in Savar reportedly left at least 100 people injured.

. . . .

Daily star barking loudly against Al Jazeera in this article, that makes it clear. Since Al Jazeera is a global news network, it has a lot more credibility than pro-Awami and pro-India local news outlets like Daily Star, Prothom Alo, bdnews24 and Bangladeshi and Indian reporters working for BBC, AP, AFP etc.

I don't think Al Jazeera is really pro something, it seems confused in this regard...

But as far as comparing it to Indian media is concerned, then Indian media does not have very high standard of journalism..

indiia media is like a joke, drama, fake people, bollywoodish, cheap sensationalism, and just retarded, not up to international standards...

Not sure about Bangladesh.

Doesn't matter, some Bangladeshis are outright retarded. I saw may who were cursing the International outlets for exposing the trial. They want to read what they want to read, not the truth
