Why so obsessed with the whole Razakar thing?

@topic: rajakars won't be executed, there are too many supporters of them in bangladesh.

First of all this was my first comment on the topic, after that I'm only providing the rebuttals of arguments thrown at me and it doesn't make me obsessed with Rajakars.

If anything it shows my disdain for Bangladeshi Law makers and Law enforces, which was echoed by you as well!

The man joined the political arena back in the late 80's and active ever since the end of the Ershad era. It was way before the Liberation War! Many of the Razakars back then were tortured and executed.

The prosecution team did not reveal the details of the evidence against him. What they gonna do? Pointing fingers? It'll take more than that. Unless of-course it's a kangaroo court.

Hasina is just trying to weaken the opposition.

You see, in a movie, when you make a character being very hated by the audience, that means they just can't come up with a good story.

And frankly, you guys along with Hasina and her ilk just aren't trying hard enough. People are not that naive and stupid to fall for such lies. And the man has support, lots of support and it isn't because they are Razakars.

Just because one is a Jamaat member, does not mean that he was a collaborator (Razakar), even given that they state that breaking away from Pakistan was a mistake. I'd be happy to see an open discussion about the issue other than mere pillow fighting (which is what the AL is exactly doing).

Again, I ask YOU for proof against the man you claim as a Razakar. And if there is proof, I'd shut-up forever over the issue. Don't ask me for proof that the man was NOT a Razakar, you can't prove a negative.

You need to understand the rationale of prima facie. Police can't arrest anyone if they don't have any proof against him, then the accused has to come out clean by providing rebuttals. There has to be a chargesheet which was presented to the Court, go look for it.
