ANKA flies with the domestic engine PD-170.
The PD-170 is one of the best engines in its class in terms of fuel economy and mid-high-altitude continuous power output. It will improve the payload and airborne of drones by over 10%.

Unlike the PD-170, the PD-222 will be a turbodiesel engine which maximum take-off power output is the main design criterion. For this reason, PD-222 is expected to be used in ship-based drones.

Baykar Technical Manager Selcuk Bayraktar:

"The Bayraktar TB-3 unmanned aerial vehicle, which prototype has been developed, will be able to stay in the air for more than 50 hours.

Akıncı, which weighs 6 tons, can stay in the air for 26 hours, and Bayraktar TB-2 can stay in the air for 27 hours.

“This is done by very young groups.

We also have Azerbaijani brothers in our group."
