Akinci & Aksungur and Turkish Unmanned Fighter Aircraft Program

380 km/h is the speed of the bird. AA thinks it is the speed of the UAV.

Goksungur will be based on Aksungur . It will have smaller wing in order to get better speed. (380 km) as mentioned above . It will have less endurance than Aksungur due to smaller wings. Supersonic one will start after Goksungur.

Turkish Aerospace Industries plans to release supersonic UAV
09 MAY 2019
After introducing the Aksungur 180-kph UAV at IDEF 2019 in Istanbul, Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) CEO Temel Kotil confirmed that his company has plans to release a supersonic UAV.

TAI manufactured two Aksungurs for test flights and will deliver them this year to the Turkish Armed Forces, he added. After completion of the Aksungur this year, TAI will start work on the Goksungur

The supersonic UAV in the works now is called Goksungur and can reach a speed of 380 kph. TAI produces UAVs, communication satellite, planes, helicopters and components, and also works on modernizing projects.

In Turkish, Aksungur means gyrfalcon, and Goksungur means peregrine falcon, the world's fastest bird.

There has been some debate about the speed, as 380 kph by no measure can be considered supersonic. Also, a UAV flying with a speed of 380 is not considered fast.

If the UAV is supersonic, then it must exceed 1 Mach. If true, it would add significant capabilities to Turkey.

There is clearly some miscommunication here. I heard people talk about that 380 kph is the speed of the bird, which Goksungur is named after.

It is the speed of the bird. It is certain. (Falco peregrinus)
