Don't know about Mohajir Republic Army but there is a facebook page of Mohajir Soba Liberation Army and from their first post you can judge who is running that group

Quite mixed actually, people who are pro-MQM,ANP and JSQM are opposing any such move yet showing concerns over the law and order (which makes me laugh) anyways there is no clear opinion in the public at large.

His followers are because he gave them roads,schools,scholarships,electric panels,laptops, roads nd transportation. Not the strikes, violence and excuses for not being 'effective' in the government.

All of them, Pathans live with Baluch in Baluchistan. Hindkos live with Pathans in KPK. Pathans and biharis live with Punjabis in Punjab. Punjabis and Baluch live with Sindhis in Sindh but there haven't been ethnic clashes in the living community (except anti-punajbi drive in Baluchistan which is also not a highly frequent phenomenon). It only happens at large in Karachi. The problem is that in Karachi political interest have become more significant than public interests leading to this unfortunate situation.
