In due course imo in our lifetime we will see the Pakistani flying not just on peoples houses in Kashmir but official buildings of the Pakistan gov.

Solution in favour of Pak ?....Did you believe that India will hand it over in Platter for you..Must be dreaming. Pak is not in favor of sacrifices for India ( even a little ). It is hell bent on Destroying India.. There is no garantee that Pak wont try to recapture the heights. It is ingrained in the people of Pak to dislike whatever India does.. If we give up siachen to pak, then they will ask of the entire Kashmir...if we give up Kashmir, they will ask for punjab and so on...they will also use Non state cowards to achieve this.

We are good in Retaining and Maintaining Siachen. We can do this for eternity, dont worry about us.

The number of Avalanches maybe be small but it is stronger than the soldiers of India and Pak.

As far as india is concerned, the solution has already been found. We will just do what we are doing, and have done all these years. Defend our land against greedy neighbours, ensure that nobody can take an inch of indian kashmir from india, and watch them bleed themselves dry by trying.

So indian kashmir will continue to prosper like the rest of india, with a strong democratic system that even the pakistani national parliament has not been able to provide. (The state legislature of indian kashmir would be a matter of envy for people who have never had a government complete a term.) And we will maintain this position by spending a miniscule 2 percent of our budget on defence. We will ensure that no military will dream of waging war against us. We will kill all the "non state actors" who try to infiltrate and kill our citizens. And we will ensure that the people who dream of taking kashmir from us in their lifetimes will also see their children and grandchildren say the same thing.

So as far as India is concerned, a solution has been found. It is what you are seeing. What you want to do about it is up to you.

Quick reaction is what is required in such situations. Just look 130 troops died for this now, atleast
a few of them could have been saved if pakistan had a high-altitude chopper like Dhruv that
could ferry in logistics/personnel to really high altitudes to support such rescue operations when
emergency ops are to be executed.





Dhruv has been solved of all problems/defects and now is the most versatile platform for IA
to support high-altitude missions.

Ferrying in troops/vehicles/rescu workers by road is not all an efficient way of supportng rescue ops,
a versatile chopper is required, i think its high time pakistan realizes that.

If differences between Ind. and Pak. and patched up, then i think a sale of the versatile Dhruv to pakistan
could be within the interests of India.
