There is no significant presence of Afghan refugees in Punjab, mostly Pakistani Pashtuns there are mistaken as "Afghanis". Its KPK which is hosting most of the Afghan refugees since 80s.

I dont know about other cities of Punjab but there is a large presence of registered Afghans in the Rawalpindi/Islamabd and its surrounding districts . Afghans even have their own colonies in golra mor, pir wadai, i-10 sector surrounding areas of sabzi mundi and there are some 11,000 Afghan refugees just in azad kashmir.

People who moan about Afghan refugees need to realize that there are bigger problems in Pakistan and bigger threats to Pakistan's internal security.
