Racing through the deserted streets of Kabul at nighttime, you are likely to be stopped at street corners by policemen once, twice or even more. If you are a South Asian, as I am, their guard is up even more. Pakistani or Indian? the cop barks out as you lower your window. When I answer Indian, he wants me to produce a passport to prove that, and as it happens, I am not carrying one. So I am pulled out of the car in the freezing cold and given a full body search, with the policemen muttering under his breath in Dari that everyone goes around claiming to be an Indian, especially Pakistanis.

To be a Pakistani is a bit more fraught. The body search is rigorous, the questioning hostile, and, more often than not, you have to be rescued by a Western colleague especially if you are entering one of those heavily guarded, unmarked restaurants frequented by foreigners.

paksitan has no strategy, they keep doing dirty tactical things but lose out in the long run and in the end.
Well I think Pakistan and China are an exception to that rule.
Pakistan and China are neighbors with common interests which will probably never diverge, making us permanent friends.
Unfortunately Indian "mentality" and Japanese "mentality" is to make friends with people from the other side of the world. lol

Afghanistan have over 300,000 soldiers in ANA and 25,000 US soldier will be left post 2014. Forget the past, situation has changed.Now India is sleeping with poor guy Afganistan to coax him into fighting Pakistan.

What common interest except selling Chinese goods. They are fearing unrest in Afghanistan will destabilize Xinjiang and even started accusing Pakistan openly. Few months ago, they had economic summit in Xinjiang, all regional countries except Pakistan was invited there.

Like I said they are in chaos. They don't know what to do.
As the American leaders are debating as to what to do, American soldiers are dying in Afghanistan. Money is being wasted in war which is not helping America!

China is still not using Pakistan as a direct route, instead China is using Burma as a direct route and even constructing Oil-Gas pipeline.

We treat warlords in Pakistan very well. Let's hope he is feeling adventurous.
Once Pashtuns in Afghanistan realize they got used by their countrymen and the Indians, they will realize their mistake.
In Afghanistan a pastun is an expendable foot soldier. In Pakistan a Pashtun is treated as a king.
