If they do they will pretend to assimilate then 20 years later have a mutiny and a global PR disaster because everybody will think they are Pakistanis revolting.

They are not to be trusted and do not offer any tangible economic benefit. They are not highly skilled or educated workforce. Absolutely useless. Their culture is non existent apart from some bizarre north korean style passive aggressive chest thumping about the 1500s or whatever. Obviously well out of place in modern society, complete misfits. They have introduced klashenifov culture, kidnappings and religious terrorism.

The quicker they leave the quicker Pakistani society can evolve into what it should be, progressive, vibrant and WORDLY. Sorry no room for barbarian Afghan horde.

My take on the situation:

Hostilities apart, we must not forget that the refugees are humans and should be treated as such. We have issues with a hostile regime in Kabul and the refugees cannot be held acountable for the failing policies of the puppet govt.

Both parties must realise that a workable solution is overdue and repatriation must be further delayed. Furthermore, the refugee committee is not in a position to make demands, they should request our govt and comply with our agenda.

Pakistan is host to approximately 3.2 million refugees, the stats differ from source to source. But the number is around 3 million.
They can't go back to Afghanistan, it will create a havoc and a human drama with possible fall out on our western borders.
Therefore we must create a bufferzone on Afghan territory:

1- Qandahar, Zabol and Pakhtia should be made a bufferzone under UN mandate and protection. Refugee camps must be created with basic facilities.

2- The refugees must be repatriated and accomodated in these centers within 6-12 months.

3- Special refugee cards must be issued for these refugees and they should be allowed to visit certain parts of Pakistan with a visa

4- Since its impossible to accomodate 3 million refugees at once, India and USA must be asked to take atleast a third of the refugees.

5- Kabul must recognise the bufferzone and give it a temporary autonomous status.

6- Kabul must end the blame game and facilitate the repatriation.

7- The refugee committee must deal with Kabul and make their demands directly to their govt instead of Pakistan.

Reasonable:
They should be asked to retake , oath of Legal Residence of Pakistan , with Family , and agree the would like Afghan region to be merged with Pakistan

• Sign a petition , and see how many votes we have to merge that region with Pakistan Legally
• Denounce India- Agree to allegiance to Pakistan & Constitution
• Participate in consensus & family tree so we know who is who
• Agree to aid Pakistan Military or Police if they detect any trouble maker in their community

• Keep the resident card, and Pay taxes every year
  
• After 5-8 years they can get a citizenship card (With tax filing proof)
• Criminal offense will prevent citizenship card
• Education and Health care should be open

Act of Militant group is not representation of peaceful Afghan residents of Pakistan
People need to differentiate between Militants vs peaceful hard working class that pays taxes

Pakistan should maintain a high standard to keep Legal , law abiding people safe that is what responsible countries do

If you are legally registered with NADRA and Pakistan , enjoy your stay work , pay taxes and help Pakistan grow by paying taxes

Pakistan should open channel to debate merge of region with Pakistan after all migrants have been registered , and signed petetion

Even if the situation across is messy and nasty we must maintain our high standard in dealing with people

• Legal Registered resident communities help grow country by paying tax
• They follow the rules and laws of nation
• Contribute to growth
  
• Stay away from criminal problems

It would be a historic decision if the Uncontrolled region / territory (afghan area), current administration realizes the issue and potential if it agrees to join Pakistan (CPEC , Free Trade, Better investment)

• We can legally show we have 10 Million to 20 Million Afghan residents (Who have voted to merge with Pakistan and stay in Pakistan for now) show democratic appraoch

Phase 2: Clean up (2 Years)

• Would be Securing /Claiming the control with Local bodies in effort to make merge possible and tackle Trouble makers (Clean up) Ops

• Planting Pakistani Flag in Territory and claiming it , and status of Afghan province established

• Militants would be given final warning to give up the weapon , join the political process
  otherwise face clean up

• Pakistan Military / Air-force will open Bases in region

Retraining :

• Afghan Military / Troops will be retrained under Pakistani management
• Qualified Military / Air-force units will merge with Pakistan after basic training
• These units will be 100% based in Territory

Phase 3: Normalization (8 Years)
Afghan area would be allowed to participate in Pakistani Election after 8 years from day of Waving of Pakistani flag in Afghan province

During 8 Years political parties would be allowed to form in region (All Secular) and grow , and some existing Pakistani political parties will open branches in region

• The province will be made moderate , like rest of Pakistan in school and education sense and general cultural sense

Phase 4 : Open Border

• No border , border open
  
• Some afghan in Pakistan will take some $$ invest it in the new province
  
• Some CPEC benefits go to region
  
• Central Asia Trade route (Royalty fee goes to province) , trade helps Pakistan grow
  
• End of Terrorism

Oversea Afghan would be allowed to come back , invest , and take oath to accept Pakistan and afghan province as part of Pakistan and get their ID card. Go in and happily invest in region

Majority of refugees should be sent back to Afghanistan but those who are loyal to Pakistan can be absorbed and resettled in Interior Sindh and Southern Punjab (Badin, Tando M. Khan, Matiari, Sanghar, Nawabshah, Dadu, Larkana, Kambar & Shahdadkot,Khairpure, Ghotki, Jamaluddin Wail, Sadiqabad, Khanpur, Muzzaffargarh, Shujaabad, Kot Qaisrani).

Pakistan holds one of the largest number of refugees and are a developing country while all the rich develop countries sit back watching us and criticizing us about how we are treating the afghan refugees badly. we let these refugees live here for decades without any hostility but when Europe take in a few Syrian refugees for a couple of years BOOM everyone against them chanting go back and harassing them

rather then hosting these afghan refugees we should give citizenship to the Bihari Muslims who fought with us during the 1971 war and then we left them there in Bangladesh to be persecuted

but Personally i think that there should be a screening system where most productive afghans should be given citizenship and the rest should be sent back.
