Adversary: That grin on BS Dhanoa's face when he talk about Rafale

. . .
A block-52 carrying the Aidews pod which we have can match some parameters of the EW spectrum.
The biggest game changer is the Meteor. That might also explain why the Grifo-E is still kicking about as an option for Block 3. But the irony here is that as one of the Meteor partners, France will have a say in any such deal (takes us back to the original Thales/MBDA deal for Block-I/II).

Reality is, India has swiftly changed its offensive defence policy into action, Feb episode is a check up, for the actions thy be taking on later in August in IOK.
While pak airforce lacks, real modernisation thy all. Gets happy to listen some new stories about our F16S BLK this and tht bt in reality with all these so call super duper F16S, we failed misseriblly, in FEB when IAF came in long distance with its mirrages 2000 Verision?
It's a hard fact, Rafael I'll be a big boater and will be very helpful when Indian army be taken over Azad Kashmir and GB in next few months

Abi None Done was best of their TACDE
He came up against a well thought out plan, and had wrong intel.
We gave them all the intel they needed on the 27th.

Not like we had a choice but to get something you have to trade something away.

The biggest mistake the PAF made was disclosing we heard their communications. Whoever allowed the release of that info should have a deep introspection into their bravado.

NEVER underestimate your enemy. The IAF has paid for it on the 27th, but we have done so many more times in the past

The first Indian solider who sets foot into Azad Kashmir gets blown into kingdom-come (literally).

So - India can bring up his dead case in front of the UN General Assembly 2020.

I wish MK was here. PAF will milk it until the next encounter.

It is definitely an effective weapons system and we should be glad that both due to certain incompatible code and reluctance MBDA isn’t pushing it for the MKIs. The M2K can only carry 2 which I suppose is the reason the IaF never pushed for integration on it.

Everything else they have, including the MICA and potential I-Derby is outranged by both the AMRAAM, SD-10 and PL-15.

They will rue the day they overdo it.
Although I don’t believe it will go to everybody’s head as there are plenty of cautious/paranoid ones like me in the PAF who keep humility as their focus and keep preparing for a strong and smart adversary.

They have definitely over done it. Though I'm all for taking the credit and celebrating it but I'm a bit paranoid about releasing any kind of operational information and in my view PAF gave up too much info and that shows that organisation / leadership needs maturity.

Only the paranoid survives - Andy Grove, one of the founding fathers of Intel Inc. and a holocaust survivor

Or, the PAF top command has done it intentionally to leverage the "Hindu" mindset, which is full of suspicion, indecision, plurality of proposes, timidity, fickleness, incredibility etc.!!! Their "continuity" is based on "shutting off" - they won't learn anything new or un-learn what they have already learnt (Jinnah's observation)!!! History shows they can't take pressure and resign to the "forces".....

I think the IAF was aware of the fact that there comms were not that secure, but yes PAF could have opted for silence.

Another recent interview of BS Dhanoa.

The grin on his face when he talks about Rafale indicates that either he is unaware of the countermeasures that PAF would take or he is super confident about the capabilities of Rafale.

Block-III with PL-15 or Vipers with AIM-120D badly needed to give a shut-up call to this guy.

They'll try it for sure once the Rafales are with the IAF. The PAF must prepare for this.

PAF talks with for Eurofighter collapsed in 2018 due to Lack of possibility to add meteor in the deal. MBDA simply wouldn't commit to the PAF Typhoon purchase nor would the host EU Country pitching us the Fighter.
