karachi is the city where almost all import export business take place, karachi is the only port city, both of the ports are in karachi, then its karachi where almost all the banks headquarters are located, state bank of pakistan is in karachi, almost all the major industries and their head quarters are located in karachi, karachi generates majority of the jobs both in the city and outside, who trades through KSE? when karachi suffers the economy of entire country suffers and those are not my words but words of pakistani leaders themselves

as i said before , Karachi mostly houses end service users .. that can be moved anywhere .. and you think SBP cannot run without constant supply of electricity ?? .. Service sector can survive without electricity as it can make use of generators .. Manufacturing sector on the other Hand cannot survive just on the Generators .. get that Through your head .

Karachi has most of the service centers of any organization i.e. Headquarters that require little electricity as compared to a manufacturing unit which is situated elsewhere .
