Yes, the OP is a cartoon, but it raises an interesting point: What would the world be like without USA? Yay or Nay to what the cartoon suggests?

A world without the US will be filled with countries fighting, with anarchy type environment all over. The Red Army putting time and effort into capturing the UK and France, the Iranians harassing the remainder of the ME, North Korea harassing, threatening and even blackmailing South Korea at will. More Saddam's of the world will exist, more Assad's, Milosovich's and Hitler's of the world would exist and no one would have the force enough to deal with all this chaos!!!

There won't be freedom to practice your culture, ethnic values or religion inside a top tier, one of the largest countries like the US, which then shows the world on providing human freedom. Anyone on here who's not a Christian, or even non-Protestant Christians can attest to the fact that human and religious freedom is a right for Americans protected by our system. And a path to success is almost guaranteed as long as you put in your share of the hard work.

All of us won't be sharing shiit online if there was no America. No telephones, no air planes, no electricity / light bulbs, no Facebook, no Twitter, no Las Vegas, no F-22, F-35's and F-16's......you'd be defending your nations with arrows, darts and cannons for crying out loud!!!

This forum won't exist as it was hosted out of NY at some point, ......everyone would be living like the Pirates of the Caribbean!!!

Also, the world without America will NOT have Windows, Microsoft Office, IPhone's, IPAD's, Firefox, Superman, Iron Man, Captain America and most importantly....the INTERNET!!!!!

Actually I think America getting involved in the world wars caused the bloodshed, misery and destruction to be prolonged. In WW1 Britain was unable to continue and was about to accept German peace terms for status quo ante bellum (as things were before the war). But we got in and the war raged on.
In WW2 the Brits again rejected status quo ante bellum terms from Germany in 1941. They wouldn't have rejected these terms if there was no promise of America entering the war.
I'll concede the Japs were brutal, but then we later messed up by going into Vietnam. And all this was after the Phillipines invasion, so I'd say Asia is 50-50.
Then there's the Middle East. Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Egypt etc.
Oh I forgot South America...Panama, Nicaragua, Cuba, Grenada etc

There will be conflicts with or without the US, but I think US involvement overall makes things worse. European countries have always had wars among each other, but they always wound down relatively quickly without US involvement. France and England have been at war over 100 times for example. Every president from Washington to Teddy Roosevelt has presided while wars were raging in Europe and South America yet they resisted the urge to meddle, and low and behold these wars always came to a quick end without US involvement.
