It was a missile strike. There is another angle, someone took a picture from the Sea, and you can see small explosion and within less than a sec another big explosion.

Yes, it can't be strictly 'nuclear' because the radioactivity would be off the scale. However, this is not a normal explosion, or the blast from an average warhead.
