Featured A Powerful explosion rocks Beirut.

.
Why not? Hezbollah terrorist group has massive ammo dumps and missile caches hidden all over Beirut, embedded in civilian areas.

Exactly. And no one knows where. Whereas the ammonium nitrite at the harbor was well known and unsecured over years.

Talks on net about this being Hezbollah stock.. If true, will be interesting to see if this creates any image issue for the group in Lebanon.
It's a Hezbollah controlled port.
Regardless of whether it was in Hezbollah possession or not, Hezbollah knew of the 2700 tons of an extremely combustible, bomb grade materials there.

It was a missile strike. There is another angle, someone took a picture from the Sea, and you can see small explosion and within less than a sec another big explosion.

Something travelling at such high speed will sure have a major impact....just my two cents...

My theory is that something triggered the nitrate from outside....

Israel knows where and showed the sites to the world. Some quite close to where the nitrate was stored.

Given the calamities of Iran this year, is it surprising if their surrogate also drops the ball too?
