A 1000 Chinese Private Firms Allowed To Develop Weapons

Who learns have the brain even to copy but those who don't have # can't copy so simple

. .
yes ofcourse; it is my personal experience as well, that Chinese factory manager told me what happens and how designs are simply copied. We send designs to manufacture in Chinese factory and the next thing you know, a dozen copies appear in the market!

If it is indeed your own design, you should have registered with China's patent authority, and sue those who copied. Or your design itself was too "similar" to others' design, and those greedy Chinese businessmen happened to copy their design? The infamous "Pulsa" motorcycle was a case in point. The "design" was provided by an Indian company, and the Chinese company was simply making the bikes according to the "design" provided by the Indian customer, yet it got all the blame for copying.

-.-

There will come a point where the rest of the world will be content with their weaponry. And perhaps it'll be China that will be the pioneer.
Perhaphd China will be but if that happens I'm sure the US weapons industry would tear up the country hoping the fear will give them money and allow them to come ahead

Can you make out the difference? Left: The Original (US F-35) & the Clone (Chinese J-31) - An industry in which Chinese cloning has excelled to a disconcerting degree is the manufacture of weapon systems such as depicted here. Will cloning continue even in the private sector?

:coffee: What? China Project 21 or rather J-31 a clone of the USAF F-35, these Western Journalists are either dumb, simply too lazy to do their research or have denigrate to the level of ignorant propagandist.

Some even went to the extend of suggesting that the J-31 was built with stolen plans of the USAF F-35 hence a F-35 knock-off. Some even suggested that this is the most advanced FGFA in China totally ignoring the J-20 and the other secret projects inside China e.g. J-18, etc. China is working on no less than 4 designs currently.

Unless one is BLIND , nothing in the two pictures suggest to me that there is any similarly between them. But is the F-35 as superior as the US or the manufacturer claims.

Many foreign aviation experts are beginning to be doubtful and have opined that the F-35 in its current form has less armament, shorter range, less manoeuvrability, a slow rate of climb and lower speeds than many of the specialist aircraft it is supposed to replace.

Oh yeah, that's how the usual 'defence' starts. Let me give you the next layer of argument as well (again heard this from Chinese factory manager first hand ) - we send the design, they will share it with their favorite part bosses nephew who will then 'register' it with the Chinese patent 'authority' of course.

My suggestion was why not cut all the red tape and just randomly distribute all international patents to all CPC members. IP protection is a sorry joke in China.

India is famous for this. Doing business in India at your own risk. India Micromax use cheap China made generic phones to sell to their people and claim it's Indian made.

The core of F35 lays in its sensors and software. How can J31 copy those?

Indian pharmaceutical industry shows how copy masters at work. Chinese still have more room to catch up.
Don't make fun of Indian pharma industry. Its cheap medications saves thousands around the world each day, including patients in China who otherwise cannot afford expensive brand name prescriptions. At least India has the guts to stick it to the big pharma instead of letting its people get ripped off.
