US military industry is mostly on private level , meaning when asking for a ToT , first thing they are concerned about is PROFIT , current and future profit. ToT makes very little profit for the company and can potentially lead to more competitiveness in their market.

Question was not if USA will respond with nuke or not but whether Turkey was given nuke or not to use.

We know how profit works and we know how patriot was withdrawn from Turkey's soil as soon as Russia stepped in.

Patriots were there due to Syrian threat , as soon as Syrian threat was pretty much non-existent , NATO countries decided to pull out , the decision came way before Russian involvement in Syria (direct involvement)

"Turkey and United States said on Sunday that Washington would withdraw its Patriot missile batteries from the country in October after bolstering Ankara's air defenses against threats from Syria's civil war.

The NATO mandate for the two-year mission will run out in October and will not be renewed, but the US is prepared to return Patriot assets and personnel to Turkey within one week if needed, a joint Turkish-US statement said."

Turkey operates since 1956 an research reactor , the nuclear reactor Type TR-2 had at the beginning 5 MW capacity but was upgraded 2007 to 10 MW capacity. HEU Uranium is and was available. Parallel to it an University operates a TRIGA MARK II research reactor a third one is being build

They cannot maintain an extended supply line from Russia to Middle East when several hostile elements are present in their way. They cannot deploy 100,000-200,000 troops to fight a full fledged war like Gallipoli War near or in the Turkey. Their bombers, submarines, missile systems are just few cards which they can play to pressurize Turkey militarily but overall, Russians cannot afford to get into a serious conflict with Turkey.

Turkey cannot match the fire power Russians posses, when it comes to one on one Russians are no doubt quite strong. However in current scenario if Russia attacks Turkey it would be biting more then it can chew.

Iran to Syria up to lebanon.. the biggest ally in the middle east and they belongs to Russia. With the hardware and technolgy that Russia possess there will be countries who will be dying to become ally to Russia, that includes your Pakistan.
Who else have soldiers in this region except Turkey? Turkey is in the NATO only for its foot soldiers.

I really doubt that, no doubt Pak-Russian relations have a very bright future but on the other hand Pakistan fighting Turks for the sake of Russia I don't see that happening. Turkey and Pakistan are like brothers there is a lot that Turkey has done for Pakistan in the past. They sent their jets to aid Pakistan in indo-pak wars, helped Pakistan maintain its F-16 fleet through back channels when nuclear embargo was imposed and recently gifted Pakistan squadron of jet trainers on the other hand asked for Pakistani help in their fight against rebels.

In short Pakistan would not go against Turkey(even Saudi Arabia) for the sake of Russia or anyone else.
