I am just wondering how you would define an act of terrorism carried out by US citizen with in US......that should be taken as dometic issue too no? Why send Spec Ops unit across the world fighting in the name of 'National Security'?
Since we are discussing domestic crimes, it shouldn't concern US to go and invade middle eastern and North African states and over throw regimes because they were not good their people? Those are domestic issues too no?
Terrorist or Terrorism defined as an act to coerce the Government for its policy, it is a direct target to either State or Federal Government, this is the Definition as per USC (United States Constitution).
In the prespective of law, Domestic Terrorism is defined as a Domestic Crime, as per USC, as with any type of crime that happened within the US border.
However, terrorism have a different definition of "Mass Shooting" or "Mass Killing", while it is fine you want to talk about Domestic Terrorism, we can talk about Bomb Scare with Federal Employee by a white man just last month, but on the other hand, a person kill 3 in a hospital is not an act of terrorism. As there are no "Agenda" nor "Coercion" toward the United States Government. Which mean if you want to talk about it, you want to talk about a multiple Murder Act. And with the poster above, he said he wanted to discuss "ALL" the bad thing happen in the US society, I didn't stop him from doing that, I just wish him good luck, because as far as I know, he probably going to need to stay on PDF 24 hours a day and 7 days a week just to go over ALL the bad thing happened in the US, if there are enough time at all.
But I lost how you can compare a person kills 3 in a hospital to US Foreign Policy. Maybe you can connect it somehow, I can't.
What's that have to do with my post?
An RPG is a great idea. Bring two, one for each shoulder.
And he wonder why he will be shot on arrival in the United States lol.
I think I would probably be shot if I arrive in China with a RPG on my hand.
