It's a varied price just like anywhere in UK. It also depends on the area you plan to live.

In Maidstone, there is a posh area where each property is worth over 2 million pounds but same is true in London where you easily find properties worth over 10 million pounds. But in general, property is around 25 - 40% cheaper. You can easily rent a studio for around 500 pounds per month, again depending on the area and the condition of the studio.

3 Bedroom house is less than £1000 and would easily grab a bargain for around £700 pounds

And another plus side is the south asian community is big enough so you can get everything locally.

Also Dover is on your footstep. If we want to go to France from London, it is a pain in the a** to go to Dover first. But if you are living in ME7, You will at the port before you realise. As you already know M-2 goes directly to Dover / M20 to Folkestone.

I actually know more about Rochester, specifically about ME1 2XX postocde (Rochester Airport). But since most of these areas are similar, I just gave a random guess on property rent

Yeah I have actually used the Eurostar from King's Cross only but I know Ebbsfleet is near Swanscombe / Gravesend / Northfleet. It would be logical for me to use Ebbsfleet if I plan to go to Paris/Brussels by Eurostar and if someone is going to drop me by car as it's only 30 minutes drive from home (next time if God wills).

Going to King's Cross will also take similar time as you have to face a lot of traffic inside the heart of London.

You are lucky man, you also have an option to take Eurostar from Ashford... Just half n hour drive from your home

I believe Medway Airport is only the upgrade of existing Rochester Airport? One of my friend had told me few months ago that they had plans to upgrade Rochester Airport for International Flights. I am not sure about Medway Airport, is it a separate entity?

South Asians are the biggest minority group in the UK. The combined population recorded during the 2011 was 3,078,374, which is 4.9 per cent of the total population.
There are 650 seats in parliament and we took 24, that's 3.6%.
That's good going, but a slight improvement is needed to equal our population footing.

In my opinion, it would be difficult for people to travel to London Airports from far across Kent specifically the regions of Canterbury, Ashford and Dover. This new airport will easily link with whole of Kent, West Sussex, Surrey, South East London, East London and even Hampshire up to certain extent.

Most sources suggest that the South Asian population is about 7% of UK's population. That is somewhere between 4.3 million to 4.5 million

It is not only about the number of seats they managed to secure. Many South Asians would have lost the seats too so they basically are active in politics.

It is not Pakistan where the reserved seats for minorities is required, you can contest election for as long as you are eligible.

It will hopefully be ready by the time my future children will start walking on their feet

I surprisingly didn't know about this project, just googled it to know such a massive project on my doorstep.
