We didn't stand shoulder to shoulder.I was in khamis mushayt few months ago. I could feel the fear. They fired missiles, intercepted by patriot missiles, and abha airport was closed whole day after this incident. While their many missiles/rockets fell in Jizan too few miles away from here.
And All we proved our balloon Political statements even their sovereignty was challenged inside their cities .
About money, our budget, we could ask K.S.A to bear the all expenses of this war.
We should send our jets there. Let test some of our weapons on militant rodents . It is best opportunity for us . Let use Nasr missile there and kill houthis. They are big threat for peace. They want jihad? Let them get taste of our nasr missile and cruise missiles.
We should enhance our influence.
Our 100,000 soldiers already fighting in bloody war against terrorist. This is the only reason our politicians were confused . K.S A has good military hardware to tackle Houthis rodents.I am personally happy (which I have always written which my previous posts testify to) that Pakistan declined. Especially as KSA and the GCC is perfectly able to stand on their own. It's time for the Arab leaders to tackle their own affairs. It can't be real that almost 450 million people in the Arab world, many countries having powerful armies, are unable to a large degree to deal with their own mess. The challenges might be big but that is no excuse. KSA/GCC never were dependent on Pakistan even in their worst time period so why now when we are arguably much better equipped for such an war?
I know that being in war zones (those areas of South KSA are close to Yemen) is an unusual experience for people who have never witnessed wars and sadly civilians also died due to a few of those rockets/missiles but those are very small numbers. No more than 40 people. In 6 months of war. I mean more people die each week from traffic accidents in KSA.
I've this really horrible allergy from hypocrite people, people with two faces. Don't quote me.You are a good person and your intentions here are noble. What I want to tell you though is that we don't need any Pakistani assistance. Most Pakistani users who went berserk after that comment from that Gargash dude or whatever he is called, don't understand that nowhere was it ever the "plan" to "demand" that 100.000 Pakistani troops should be sent to Yemen to fight. Let alone be used as cannon fodder as many ignorant Pakistanis claimed. Never has that occurred to begin with nor do I recall that Pakistanis (aside from a few pilots in the Israeli-Arab wars) have fought any wars for Arabs. Since Pakistan was created in 1947 and before that.
There was only talk about a very symbolic number of troops, mostly troops that had experience in mountain warfare.

What you are fully right about though is that such political decisions have consequences as it is not a one-way street and that gloating about UAE casualties and being disrespectful to a country that has helped you a lot financially and which hosts one of your biggest diasporas is wrong. UAE being perfect or not overall is irrelevant here. As I said I have never seen Emiratis gloating at deaths suffered by Pakistani soldiers or security personnel.
Hopefully as few civilians as possible will perish. I know that Houthi's are no angels and we can't ignore the geopolitical situation of the region but I think that we can all agree that we would prefer this war not to have begun in the first place.

I disagree with you about the situation on the ground, but since we can't convince each other, what's the point?
I understand your point on cheering part, but then again, it's not only 'uniformed' soldiers that need respect. On your side, we have members cheering on killing Yemenis on a daily basis (and calling every single dead person a Houthi) and calling Houthis terrorists, something they are too far away from it.
If you don't agree with cheering on death of people, we should apply it to all.
Even when it comes to Daesh terrorists, I absolutely disagree with disrespecting their corpses after they are killed (which happens in Iraq, Syria or other places, even if it seems understandable for those doing it, but still not justified), let alone cheering on civilian and Yemeni deaths. We should apply this to ALL, not just soldiers, this is not a fair idea.
Excellent news that is the harbinger of a great weekend.
Don't want your troops to get killed? Don't invade foreign countries. Death to all invaders.

Well, I don't know. We are just blabbering/exchanging opinions on a Pakistani forum, I guess.
Well, generally that's the unofficial rule.
I don't know those members and in any case I have never called for attacking any civilians.
We know already that Iranians and Houthi fans/supporters are "happy" about such news just like most of us are "happy" when Houthi's perish. I mean there are always more than 1 side during a war. At least "happy" on a internet forum. I doubt any of us would be happy if we were in their shoes or witnessed this from first hand or any war. That's another discussion altogether.
PDF is just not the most diplomatic forum nor this section. If people were discussing this conflict face to face it would be different.
Anyway it's very unlikely that we will ever agree about the nature of the conflicts in Yemen, Syria etc. Nor can those fighting the actual wars.
In a ideal war we should have been talking about better subjects that might benefit the region as a whole but that's not the time for that it appears. Just like it was not the case in Europe during WW2 where 60 million died or countless of other wars before that.

Am I the only one that finds this hugely ironic when it's written by an supposed "American"? I guess that you agree with this when Houthi's are killed in areas outside of Saada since they are foreigners/occupiers there?
We literally helped liberate your country from PLO! We also trained your military... And fought for your country in arab israel conflict.. So hypocritical of us...
Does that also apply to US troops?
40,000 Pakistani troops were guarding your (Saudi?) borders from Saddam... Thousands were clearing mine fields in Kuwait... Thousands are still in KSA... Thousands trained your militaries .. Set up military institutions etc....
Have you ever fought any war for us ? Do you even support the Kashmir cause ( a single statement?)..
Also Iran is our immediate neighbour ..
Yes we are angry about that retarded Gargash issuing us "threats"... But than again... Why should we die for a war you started in another country ? Is your country under threat ? Are the houthis on your borders? Is this even a just war ?
Apart from that we are fighting a war ourself .. Over 1.6k troops involved in heavy fighting in FATA ... Clean up operations in S.Panjab,Karachi etx...
The best thing Pak can do is act as a mediator between your countries and help find some common ground that puts an end to this senseless killings!

They just gave us warning and taught the lesson to us by inviting Modi. No such high post from india visited U.A.E from 35 years, because U.A.E always supported Pakistan on Kashmir issue unless they listen abuses from our Parliment against Arabs .The various sheikhs of the United Emirates were busy signing deals with India worth $75 billion
Guarding is the key word here. Alongside a much, much larger local Saudi Arabian, American etc. force.
I don't know about the situation in Kuwait. Thousands? Do you have a source for that? Yes, but you were not the only ones and you were paid for all this. It never came for free.
A few hundred million or even a billion can't sustain a country of over 185 million ! Our expats send 18 billion alone ...In return we helped your economy tremendously when you faced natural disasters, when you were isolated due to your nuclear program etc. It was never a one-way relations as many Pakistanis here claim.
Several times !... Pak brigades fighting PLO in Jordan was an example I have above ..Again, you did not fight any actual wars for Arabs in history outside of those few Pakistani pilots in the Arab-Israeli wars?
By all means go ahead ... I just hope you send a ticket for @Peaceful Civilian to come and fight for you guys ..What are you blabbering about? I did not ask you for anything. I doubt that even 0,001% of all the 450 million Arabs asked you for anything. Don't equal 1 unelected minister and his blabbering or a few others with what 450 million Arabs think or believe in.
We can deal with this on our own and are doing it.
