There are 11 million Uighurs in XinJiang. Its open to international tourists. They renovated the ancient city of Kashgar. They increased the number of Uighurs kids going to school. Go to the Tarim basin and everybody speaks Uighur. There are more Mosques per population then many Muslim countries. They have a better quality of life then many (Destroyed) Middle Eastern and Central Asian countries.

De-radicalization is just de-radicalization.
