2000 kN Semi-Cryogenic Engine SCE-200 replacing L-110 Core Stage in LVM3 to be ready in 6-8 months

Actually the YF-100 more closely resembles the RD-801 which is a modern build of the RD-120

No true.

Vick said he was also impressed that this new Long March series was developed without the Russian rocket engine technology know-how and the U.S. cryogenic technology involved.

So it is total coincidence that specs of RD-801 and YF-100 are 99% the same?

YF-100 specs

Sea level thrust: 120 tons
Sea level impulse: 300 seconds
Fuel: LOX/RP-1
Cycle: Oxidiser rich staged combustion cycle

RD-801 specs:

Sea level thrust: 120 tons
Sea level impulse: 300 seconds
Fuel: LOX/RP-1
Cycle: Oxidiser rich staged combustion cycle

Is it highly likely that china imported blueprints for the RD-801 and developed the YF-100 based off it. This would still have required a lot of work on chinas part hence the long development time.
